IMMEDIATUS BIENNALE 2026
IMMEDIATUS BIENNALE 2026 is the second edition of the International Festival of Improvisation and Instant Composition in dance, taking place in Brno, Czech Republic from 14. - 20. 9. 2026.
The festival focuses on offering audiences high-quality performance craft rooted in a coherent, practice-based artistic approach and pedagogy. At the same time, it fosters international and multicultural exchange, creating a space where artists and participants enrich one another through a week of shared living, dialogue, and embodied experience.
The program will feature dance performances developed through instant composition, alongside new performative constellations emerging from live encounters between local and international dance and music artists. In addition to the main artistic program, we are preparing a rich study and training program, including two dance workshops and a series of masterclasses.
